Looked fantastic.

Because of the red?

Do they make them to fit a G6?

I love grabber red letters. I’d love to get a set for the Explorer but I can’t find them in a size I want for a price im willing to pay

With enough $ and time any wheels can fit on a G6.

Primarily.

I wish they made them for 14in wheels so I could put them on my MR2 as rally tires

Where can I find this “time” and “money” you speak of? oh, and a long travel suspension too while we are at it...

I’m not telling you where I harvest mine!

I say, rehash it as a James Garner’s “Grabber Olds” tribute while he’s at it.

I never realized how much I actually want that to happen until just now.

Exactly the car I had in mind when I said it.
![]() 11/16/2015 at 11:10 |

I know they make them for 15s
![]() 11/16/2015 at 11:14 |
|
true, but I don’t think they’re in a small enough diameter
![]() 11/16/2015 at 11:18 |

Oh my, those would look so good on my Sierra. It’s totally the wrong tire for a 2wd truck that rarely leaves pavement ... but so good looking.
![]() 11/16/2015 at 11:21 |
|
Haha no. The ones I found were 31 inch tires to fit a 15 inch rim. You could always turn your mr2 into a monster truck
![]() 11/16/2015 at 11:25 |
|
I can see how that would work. Might also work with a white truck.

Those do look good. I need a set of tires for my F150, but those might be a bit too aggressive.

I disagree with the two wheel drive bit. Most desert trucks are rear drive
![]() 11/16/2015 at 13:41 |

True, but I live a LONG way from the desert. My truck spends most of it’s time on the “mean” streets of the Chicago suburbs. I’m seriously considering buying these anyways.
![]() 11/16/2015 at 14:09 |

i would put the letters on the inside because I like how the tread pattern looks like a desert race truck.
![]() 11/16/2015 at 14:40 |

You shouldn’t do that.
![]() 11/16/2015 at 22:59 |

why?
![]() 11/17/2015 at 07:55 |

Let them red letters show!

BTW, you still looking for my thoughts on my grabbers? Because Im driving up into the foothills today and there is 8 feet of snow on the ground. I could get back to you later.
![]() 11/17/2015 at 11:17 |
|
Yes! Please let me know how they do. Thanks!
![]() 11/17/2015 at 11:49 |

Whoa, I just realized I put down 8 feet instewd of 8 inches. Whoops. They actually did surprisingly well, the only time I lost traction was reversing out of my driveway and I didnt have to reduce my speed to stay in control
![]() 11/17/2015 at 13:19 |

I figured you were just exaggerating :)
Thanks for letting me know! How’s the dry and wet traction?
![]() 11/17/2015 at 13:31 |
|
Dry is amazing, its impossible to spin my tires. And lord knows Ive tried. And wet traction is phenomenal. These things make me feel incredibly safe

Awesome! That’s how I felt about my Firestone Destination LEs in the dry and wet, but they were worthless in the snow.
